At Jumping Jack, we aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will let you know when your product leaves our warehouse. This will then be followed by an email with your parcel and tracking number to allow you to monitor your package in transit, if your order exceeds £50 or you choose to use our courier.
Standard Delivery is used with all orders under £50 and is not free of charge. Your order will be with you within 2-3 working days from when the order is placed. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any order placed on the weekend or during a holiday period will be dispatched on the next working day. Tracking is not available with standard delivery but if you desire parcel tracking, this can be selected at the checkout, however this will cost slightly more. Please see below for pricing.
Next Day Delivery – All orders over £50.00 to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland have a 1-2 day delivery as standard and in most cases will arrive the next day after the order is placed (for orders placed before 1pm), but if you want to make sure you receive your order the next day use this option, there is a slightly higher cost with this method of delivery. For Great Britain, Jumping Jack also offers a special next day delivery service. This will cost a little more but means you get your parcel in a hurry if you need it right away. Any order placed on the weekend or during a holiday period will be dispatched on the next working day. Tracking is available with this option. Please see below for pricing.
With all orders under £45 postage must be paid. Your order will be with you within 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any order placed on the weekend or during a holiday period will be dispatched on the next working day. Tracking is not standard with postage for orders under £45 but if you desire parcel tracking, this can be selected at checkout. (Parcel Tracking delivery will have a higher cost than that of standard postage see pricing below).

I you have any problems with delivery, you haven’t received your order, you have received the wrong order or the order has arrived damaged, please call Jumping Jack customer support on 0800 0389180 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Jumping Jack will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible, however we use a third party delivery service which is out of our control and this can mean on very rare occasions that our delivery times are affected.
Jumping Jack offers a 28 day returns policy on items that have been damaged through delivery, are defective, the wrong order or are unwanted products.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you have received your order and it appears to be damaged, please call our customer support team on 0800 0389180 or complete the form below and submit it to us. We expect our products to arrive to your door in perfect condition, so our customer support team will do all they can to make sure they get your problem sorted. Damaged goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving the order, complete with its original packaging and bill of sale.
If your Jumping Jack or Little Jack appears to be defective there are a number of things you should do.
Firstly, check our FAQ where you’ll find information about charging and using the products. Failing that, you can call one of our customer support team for help on 0800 0389180 or complete and submit the form below. If your product is defective, customer support will be able to arrange for the return of your defective goods. We will then send you a new product or offer you a full refund. Please have your order number at hand. All defective products must be returned in their original packaging with the original bill of sale. Failure to do this may void the returns process.
Jumping Jack will cover the return postage costs of any damaged or defective goods. The customer support team will advise you on how best to do this and will make sure that any problem you have will be solved as soon as possible.
You are able to withdraw from any unwanted purchase up to 7 working days after you have received the item. To do this, complete and submit the form below. No reason needs to be given for wanting to return the item, although any feedback you can offer will help us with customer care in the future. We offer an exchange or full refund for all products that are returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
You then have 14 days to return the product back to us. We are not able to offer any pre-paid postage for unwanted returns, so it will be up to you to return the products, undamaged and in their original packaging to us. This can be done through the post for smaller items, but for any items over £40.00 we recommend that you use a courier. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns and this could lead to you receiving no refund for the product.
When we receive your item, we will email you to inform you that the product has arrived. You can expect a refund in the same method as you used for the original payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for any transaction to be processed. All products must be returned in the condition in which you received them (as new) and in their original packaging.
