All prices on our site are subject to change at any time. Any promotion will only apply during the period of time stated. Charges for delivery, either standard or special, will be added to any order under £45 during the checkout stage of the purchase process. See delivery information for more information on this. On receipt of your payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by an email sent to the address you have given with your order.

Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. All orders are subject to approval by Jumping Jack.

Jumping Jack will work to ensure that all prices shown on this site are accurate. If any error does occur we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

During the purchase process, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.

Jumping Jack will ensure that any credit or debit card details are securely dealt with. However they cannot be liable if, through no fault of their own, the details are intercepted and used by third parties.

All payments by Visa, Switch, Maestro, Mastercard or Delta will be handled by Paypal.

Unless the product is faulty, customers may not return any product purchased through a special offer, for example buy one get one free or 3 for the price of 2 offers.


Please ensure that any delivery address details that are provided are correct. Jumping Jack cannot be held responsible for the loss of any parcel that has occurred through incorrect delivery details being entered at the checkout stage of the payment process.
